Cancellations
We have a strict 24 hours notice required for all booked appointments, otherwise full payment is foresighted. If you are unable to attend please provide us with plenty notice as this gives therapist time to offer this appointment slot to another client. Please email us to cancel info@healingpsychotherapy.com.au
Therapist/Client Contract
All contracts with your therapist shall be made solely with them. Some therapists will email you a contract with the intake form that is automated when you book your first appointment. If the therapist hasn’t set this up, then they will discuss the contract with you on the first visit.
Please note: Healing Psychotherapy has no contractual obligation between client and therapist. Each therapist is obligated to be responsible for any contractual agreement with you under their registration body.
Private Health Rebates
Healing Psychotherapy does not accept mental health care plans. Some therapists with Healing Psychotherapy can provide private health rebates. Please check your chosen therapists profile under ‘Therapist’ tab to confirm.
Complaints
Any complaints about any of their therapists should be made direct to the therapist, and discussed to find a resolution. If you remain unhappy, you can ask which registration body they are registered with and directly contact them.
Please note: Do not make any complaints about your therapist to Healing Psychotherapy as we do not have any contract with you and your therapists who are all self-employed with their own insurances.
